SUZANNE BARBOUR

SUZANNE BARBOUR

Suzanne brings deep compassion and resilience to her coaching, shaped by her personal journey through cancer, divorce, and menopause, and working through this all with her own neurodiverse condition - diagnosed later in life with ADHD.

Her experience has sparked a powerful mission: to provide practical, tailored support for individuals facing life-altering challenges.

Despite her own professional skill set, navigating her cancer diagnosis revealed just how isolating and overwhelming the emotional and practical realities can be. Suzanne emerged with a clear purpose - to fill the gap she saw in care, offering empowering coaching, guidance and tools grounded in lived experience.

Her coaching is dynamic and empathetic, blending emotional insight with a strategic mindset. Suzanne empowers clients to regain control, redesign their lives, and build confidence. She specialises in helping people move from crisis to clarity with practical, proven strategies.

Each programme is bespoke, designed around the client’s needs, and focuses on self-trust, and transformation. Suzanne’s specialisms include ADHD, anxiety, cancer recovery, divorce, menopause, and trauma. Her message is clear: your story doesn't end here - this can be the beginning of something extraordinary.

Suzanne was the very first coach I opened up to about ADHD, and right from the start, she made me feel completely safe and supported. She really helped me make sense of how my shifting hormones were affecting my brain and potential ADHD. Our conversations gave me so much clarity and a sense of relief, like someone finally understood what I was going through. Choosing Suzanne to join The Big Sister Coaching team was an easy and wholehearted YES!.

Lindsay - The ADHD Big Sister

Suzanne is, without doubt, the best coach I have ever had. She genuinely cares about her clients, and shows it in her work. She is funny and extremely knowledgable, whilst still always adhering to the highest ethical standards.

Suzanne gave a talk at a women’s networking event I attended and I was highly impressed with her knowledge and commitment to changing the way the world sees women going through menopause.
