Frequently Asked Questions

What is Coaching?

Coaching helps to fast track you to a better understanding of yourself, with the intention of helping you gain insights and realisations that will change the way you experience yourself and your world.

Why is coaching good for ADHD?

People with ADHD benefit hugely from committing to a coaching programme. Through my own lived experience and journey with late diagnosis ADHD at age 46, I can both empathise and help to create strategies and a tool kit of tricks to help you navigate your own experience, and manage your ADHD challenges.

My ultimate aim is help you see the unique strengths and skills of neuro-diverse people, and help you reframe your relationship to you ADHD from something negative to something to be celebrated.

What if I’m not sure if I have ADHD? Can you still coach me?

Yes! If you feel you relate to my story and think you may have ADHD, I will always find a way to support you where you are in your journey. If you’re not sure or have specific questions, please book in for a free online coffee chat or try one of my online courses as an introduction.

What’s the difference between online courses or coaching?

My online Courses are an effective way to learn and develop in your own time and at your own pace, and can be more accessible to people’s budgets. They are a great introduction to the principles we will cover more deeply in a Coaching session. Remember to subscribe to my newsletter be the first to know when a new course goes live!

Coaching is a more personalised approach, keeping you accountable and continuing to move forward and make progress towards your goals. It’s especially good for those who need that extra support and are ready to invest in themselves to see positive changes in all areas of their lives .
