The ADHD Big Sister SASS Sessions

Our monthly members online meet-ups are designed exclusively for women navigating the unique, often overwhelming world of ADHD. We cover essential subjects, from managing hormonal changes and menopause to handling emotional dysregulation in relationships.

What is SASS?

It's not a masterclass, and it’s definitely not a lecture. SASS stands for Seen, Accepted, and Supported Sisters.

These are our monthly, live online community meet-ups hosted inside our Focus & Thrive Membership. It’s the virtual living room you’ve been looking for.

  • Seen: No more hiding your hyper-fixations, your executive dysfunction, or your big emotions. Here, we see you.

  • Accepted: You don't have to apologise for your messy background, your racing thoughts, or your low-battery days. You are safe here exactly as you are.

  • Supported: True peer support from other late-diagnosed women who actually get it.

  • Sisters: Because navigating this diagnosis shouldn't be a solo journey.

What happens inside a SASS Meet-Up?

We gather on Zoom once a month. Because 'The ADHD Big Sister' is a UK-born brand with a global heart, we welcome sisters from the UK and all over the world.

There's no pressure here. Some months you’ll have the energy to unmute and share your wins or your struggles. Other months you may want to leave your camera off, stay in your PJs, and just listen. Both are completely okay.

It is simply an hour to share real experiences, laugh about the chaotic moments, cry about the tough ones, and realise you are not alone.
