MEET MILDA ZOLUBAITE

Milda is a Master Practitioner in eating disorders and holds an MSc in Personalised Nutrition. Many of her clients are people with ADHD - diagnosed or undiagnosed - drawn to her holistic, neurodiversity-informed approach that truly gets how dopamine, overwhelm, and emotional eating intertwine.

Milda uses evidence-based nutritional therapy with a functional medicine approach, NLP and a range of tools for mindset and behaviour change.

Milda is an MSc registered nutritional therapist, who since 2016 has supported hundreds of women in her practice towards overcoming binge eating, disordered eating and weight management, as well as optimising nutrition, especially for our cognitive functioning.

After her own struggles with eating disorders and full recovery, she has made it her mission to support people with changing relationship with food and improve their nutrition, physical and mental health.

At The ADHD Big Sister we have 3 core ADHD Nutrition Coaching Programmes (view here), however Milda is a firm believer that there is no "one size fits all" approach when it comes to health, nutrition and changing your relationship with food, therefore gives her full attention to the unique challenges of the individual, and creates bespoke programmes for our clients.
